Rocks:
Rock 2-10 lbs with ONE pet portrait $105.00 plus tax
Rock 10-20 lb with ONE pet portrait $160.00 plus tax
Slate Tiles:
6*6 inch tile with ONE pet portrait $95.00 plus tax
12*12 inch tile with ONE pet portrait $150.00 plus tax
Traditional Urns: (Buyer must provide)
Small- height: 4 ½ inches $95.00 plus tax
Medium- height: 6 inches $120.00 plus tax
Large- height: 7 inches $150.00 plus tax
A Price Quote will be given for Custom Urns
Canvases:
Each pet portrait on a canvas will be given an individual price quote. Cost determinations’ taken
into consideration with price quote are canvas size, portrait description, and back ground details.
Embellishments:
Pet’s Name, Date, Flora, Fauna, Toy, Clothing or Hat Each -$5.00 plus tax
Each Additional pet portrait added to a single item $50.00 plus tax
Gift Certificates Available! (Prices subject to change. Above prices will be honored if order is placed within 6 months entered at bottom of form.)
Personal Delivery: I charge 0.75 cents a mile to personally deliver a product.
Shipping and Handling:
Within the United States, I ship USPS. Packages are sent flat rate, with delivery confirmation. I will use the most economical box that your Pet Portrait Rock –by Lisa, fits in; provided that the Pet Portrait Rock –by Lisa can be safely packaged and protected for the shipping process.
Flat Rate box price:
Video: (it is rare that a rock will fit in this size box.) $8.50
Medium: (most rocks fit this size box) $15.00
Large: $18.50
Insurance is available at an additional charge.
***The artist, Lisa Suchsland, requires a 50% non refundable deposit payable when the buyers order is placed. The buyer will have the opportunity to see the completed Pet Portrait Rock –by Lisa, on line, via e-mail. Once the buyer has approved the finished Pet Portrait Rock- by Lisa, the artist, Lisa Suchsland, will request the final payment –including tax, shipping & handling and insurance if requested. Upon receipt of payment, the artist, Lisa Suchsland, will ship the commissioned Pet Portrait Rock- by Lisa to the buyer, or gift recipient as determined at time of sale. **** LAJS 3/11
